A Sit and Be Fit course is held at Lindisfarne Church once a week–this course is specifically designed for persons with limited mobility.

Opportunity is provided for Persons with disabilities in the field of Music with a course entitled “Upbeat.” Within this course tutor Natalie Hughes inspires the students in music appreciation and enjoyment, at the same time as improving co-ordination, balance and fitness.

Creative Art classes are also on offer for persons with disabilities. A variety of art media are covered which may include papermaking, Journals, Christmas ideas.

Click here to visit the Kidzart page - Three times a year, at the end of terms 1, 2 and 3, Southland Education provides a children’s holiday programme. Classes vary each term but may include Beastly Bugs, Self Portraits, Jewellery making, Lead lighting, and Collage.
The programme is sent to schools for distribution.

Classes fill very quickly so please enrol early to avoid disappointment.
